Our take
This Cuisinart immersion blender surprised me with its versatility. The 400-watt motor is enough for most blending tasks, and the variable pulse speed gives good control. I love that it comes with a whisk and a 4-cup food processor attachment—that's rare for an immersion blender. The food processor works nicely for chopping veggies. However, the plastic shaft feels less premium than stainless steel, and the motor can struggle with thick mixtures.
