Our take
I grabbed this open-box Wolfgang Puck set for a good price. The 5-speed immersion blender works well for soups and sauces. The whisk attachment fluffs eggs nicely. The turbo boost helps with thicker mixes. The stainless steel blade is sharp. However, being open box, some pieces were missing in my unit – check yours. The 550W motor is adequate but not exceptional. The plastic shaft and attachments feel a bit cheap. For $50, it's a decent deal if you get all pieces, but I'd prefer the Cuisinart for similar money.
