The Ninja CI200 immersion blender is a handy tool for quick blending right in the pot. The 850W motor is strong, and the 2 speeds give some control. I like the ergonomic grip and detachable shaft for easy cleaning. The whisk attachment is great for whipping cream, and the 2-cup chopping cup is useful for small batches of herbs or nuts. However, the chopping cup is small and the whisk is not as sturdy as a stand mixer's. At $75.84, it's reasonably priced for the versatility. The stainless steel shaft feels durable. Perfect for soups and smoothies, but don't expect heavy-duty chopping.
